Making full use of Fulcrum’s reinvigorated energy ‘streamlines’, our approach was to create flexible design systems and UX patterns across the site to help the user feel comfortable and constantly familiar with the site’s content and how to browse it. Our use of white space allows the content to breathe and gives clarity and focus to key information for the user.

For the four main audience types that Fulcrum deal with (Residential Developers, Industrial & Commercial Developers, Mixed-use Developers and One-off Connections), we created landing pages for each. This allows them to browse content that is highly relevant to them from a single page, improving user experience and increasing chance of lead generation.
