Investors in People came to us with an image problem – they were seen as inflexible and all about bureaucratic form-filling and only relevant to large organisations. They were too closely associated with training, HR and the Public Sector and were often considered only relevant to large organisations. In fact their strategic service was just as relevant and useful to smaller growing businesses
Our starting point was to re-position and re-launch IiP to a target audience of SME business leaders, focusing on the benefits that their highly-effective strategic service can bring to business growth and performance.
